I am a very busy mom of 2 kids, a 18 year old son who is training to be a firefighter and a 16 year old daughter who is a very active tournament tennis player.

I was pretty lucky to be just a skinny teenager. I never had to work too hard to keep a nice figure. I played alto saxophone in my high school band but I was never an athlete. I didn't like to get sweaty.
