I work as a Special Education Assistant in an elementary school. Primarily I work with Autistic children. I love what I do and it's important that I stay strong and healthy. After my divorce, I let my nutrition slip and then my workouts soon fell to the wayside too! Along with low muscle tone and extra fat, my knees started to hurt again as well. I knew I had to do something fast before this

I've just started using the Turbo Jam DVD'S and I love them so far. High energy and lots of fun. I haven't mastered all the moves and combonations yet, so I'm driven to keep trying to get it right. I like the challenge. Beachbody is a great tool to keep track of my workouts. I plan to start using the diet part next. It even prints out your grocery list --- how cool is THAT??!!
