I have been a fitness instructor and a personal trainer for five years now. After giving birth to my second son, I needed to lose weight and get more energy in my life so I started a fitness program. Soon after that I got certified to teach fitness classes and then got certified to be a personal trainer. That was five years ago. It is so rewarding to help others reach their fitness goals. I simply love what I do and am really excited about being a Team Beachbody coach!!!

Once my second son was born in 2003 I weighed almost 200 pounds. I found that I could not keep up with my first son, who was 2 years old at the time and just felt tired all of time. I found a terrific fitness studio in Strongsville OH called AOK Fitness! and started to exercise 4 times a week, then it soon went to five and then before I knew it I was there all of the time!! I ended up going to get certified myself and began teaching classes at that facility.
I now weigh 144 pounds and my body fat percentage is 24%. I feel great, more energy, more self confidence and I continue to go to AOK Fitness! because it is a highly motivating and welcoming atmosphere!!! I could not ask for a better place to be!!
My goals now are to get more lean; so cut more body fat and build lean muscle. I will be utilizing the nutritional information as well as the great exercise programs offered by Team Beachbody along with my current workout schedule to achieve these new goals.
