I love to run, but I also love to dance -- well, and bike as well. I try to mix it up (sometimes the outdoors is hard because of my exercise induced asthma). I love to lift weights, especially free weights and love how strong I feel. Still, my favorite all-time exercise is the push up.

I aim for 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training. On days when I have to stay inside, I may pop in one of my fitness DVDs, like Turbo Jam (I love kickboxing and getting fit through self-defense type moves).

I plan to lose at least 30 pounds of fat and look like I belong on the cover of a fitness magazine.

Another huge leg to my success is to eat smaller meals every 3 hours and making sure that I have protein and complex carbs at each meal.

I don't count calories as I used to have an eating disorder, so I each as much whole, organic foods as possible. I am also a vegetarian on my way to being vegan.

Fitness has always been a big part of my life and my goal is to share what I have learned with everyone I can and show them that it can be done.
