Fitness has not always been a prioity for me but I have finally gotten control of my life and made it a priority. I was on the fast train to an early grave I was so overweight and out of shape. To the point that it was a chore for me to walk around the block. Now I make time for my workouts

I year ago it was all I could do to walk around the block and not be wore out. Today I can run on the elliptical machine for an hour at a time or do Turbo Jam and Chalean Extreme and feel like a million bucks! It is not easy, it is hard work but if you make up your mind to do it and keep at it you get stronger and you see results. Anything is possible if you are determined and are willing to make it happen. So far the scale says I am down 120 lbs from my highest weight.

I still want to lose another 30 lbs and I will make it happen with a great workout and eating right.
