I have been very active for the last 12 years. I lift 3-4 times a week for the last 12 years. I am a black belt in TaeKwondo and still train once or twice a week. I am a Schwinn Spinning Instructor since 1998 and still teach once a week. I recently picked up road cycling and have put on 1,000 miles in the last 4 months. I also play sand volleyball for the last 11 years and have been an Advanced open water diver for the last 6 years.

My problem is that each year I age, it takes more and more work to just break even, I need to watch my portions when I eat and I need to change up workouts often to make any progress at all. I think the muscle confusion concept could really help me take it to the next level. I get defined I think I will need to shed 15-20 lbs so I am making my goal 21 lbs which would put me under 200 for the first time since 1999.
