I'm a wife to a wonderful man who I consider my soulmate and best friend. I am also a mom to 2 fantastic children aged 8 and 12. Besides being a Beachbody Coach, I also work 3 times a week in the evenings and Saturday as a group x instructor teaching Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle. Hi, my name is Ophelia but most of my friends call me "ophie." I started on this journey a few years ago and it has gotten more exciting each step of the way,

I taught fitness over 20 years ago as a part time JOB and realized how much fun it was but never meshed or networked with others who were in the fitness field. Time went on, I married, had children, stopped teaching, worked a full time job and...gained weight!

Then 3 years ago, I happened upon a TurboJam infomercial that has transformed my life forever! From the moment I opened the package from Beachbody, put the dvd in the machine and pushed play, my life has changed for the better!

I worked out every day with Chalene Johnson and her crew, enjoying every sweaty moment, hooting and hollering and wondering why this type of cardio workout wasn't available in the local gyms in my town. Then I happened upon the TurboKick website and realized I could bring this form of exercise to my town!!!

I became Turbo Kick certified in Nov. 2006 and currently teach 3 times a week at a gym. I've added Hip Hop Hustle (a fun workout!) to my repertoire and teach TK twice a week at the gym, and also teach my coworkers at lunch time.

At 45, I'm feeling more fit, confident, and energized than ever! I never thought I would enter a new career path in my 40's and never ever dreamed I would be leading others to reach their fitness goals!
