Hi everyone! I want to share with you that I've spent all my life with weight issues. I was the chubby kid who was made fun of on the school bus. In high school, I was the girl all the boys called, not for a date, but because they wanted to talk to me about the pretty girls I was friends with. They used me to get dates with my friends. At my heaviest, I had just moved from Texas to Oklahoma.I was newly divorced, had a new job, and knew no one. I weighed 165lbs and was only 5'2"-and it was all between my waist and knees! I tried one fad diet after another, only to gain back more than I had lost. While I was losing weight on the fad diets, I was also losing energy and muscle tone. I thought between work and life I was getting all the exercise I needed..and I must have been getting alot of it, because I was tired all the time! I joined a gym, but was either too embarrassed by my appearance to go, or couldn't make it during their hours. It was just too hard to find the time to go to the gym after working all day.
I woke up one day and thought "today is the day I get it right and end the circle of madness that goes with binge eating and fad dieting" I started using Turbo Jam and love it! I'm adding Great Body Guaranteed and 10 Minute Trainer to my routine to change it up.
Since I began Beachbody my weight has stabilized, my body is toning up, and I have more energy! At 52,I look and feel better than I ever have. My attitude and how I handle everyday stress has improved significantly. I love who I am becoming. And it only takes a few minutes a day
