Hi! My name is Tom and I am a 46 year old husband and father of three. Two of the kids have gone off to school, and I have one still at home. She is a sophomore. My wife is a nurse and I work in the mental health field. I now have some time to focus on my health and fitness. I am type II diabetic, and I knew things were getting out of control, so I hope to lose the weight and get those sugars Hi! My name is Tom and I am a 46 year old husband and father of three. I started the basic Power 90 program 60 days ago. I was getting tired everyday, and as a diabetic, my blood sugars were out of control! I have lost 15 pounds and feel much better. I have also been able to reduce diabetic medication blood sugars are stable. I have much more stamina and energy and I look forward to completing the program. I plan on moving on to P90X after P90! I need to focus on the diet. I have missed only a few times, but it seems to get easier with time. I actually look forward to the workouts!
