High amount of travel and steady weight gain over a five year period brought me to an unhealthy weight and sleep patterns, capped at the end of 2006 by a 60-point jump in cholesterol. My family has a long and extreme history of heart disease, diabetes and cancer. I started a New Year's resolution for health and weight loss in 2007.
