I am a former waterpolo player who somehow woke up fat out of shape and then decided enough, starting p90x just this week, and dang its kickin my butt, but bring it. I gave up fittness and sport during kemo and never got back to it,
I am a 47 year old female. Excited to get back in shape and beyond.

I finished p90x, and did ok to very well found I dropped some weight but not enough. I was going to do another, But decided to do chalean extreme and see what that does for me. then matbe next round More...
I finished p90x, and did ok to very well found I dropped some weight but not enough. I was going to do another, But decided to do chalean extreme and see what that does for me. then matbe next round p90x again. although I will miss the chin ups maybe I will sneak a few in here and there.
I want to lose another 35 lbs. I know thanks to p90x I have the strenght. I would like to eat better and start chalean strong and finish strong. so see ya in thirthy days and we will see where I am at
