I have always been pretty fit. I played soccer at a high level all my life and rock climbed for over 8 years. 5 years ago i was posted to Pakistan for work and lost all my fitness and even gained pounds. i went from a fairly fit 180lbs to 205lbs.

I can't play soccer or climb over here so i started the P90X program to loose weight and get my overall fitness back. The nutrition plan was just
