Using Turbo Jam, I have lost 21 lbs of body fat and I have been doing this for about a year. Granted, there are different results for people with higher metabolic rates than myself, but I am happy with the healthy weight loss, unlike diet pills that allow you many pounds shed in short term weight loss then you pile the pounds back on again. In any event, I am looking to lose little over thirty more pounds so I am going to take it to the next level by combining Turbo Jam with ChaLean Extreme. I am currently in the Lean phase of the ChaLean Extreme program. After this, I am going to be doing the Lean for Life program which combines all three phases in ChaLean Extreme to maintain the healthy body I am striving to achieve.
