Hello all.

I am 33yrs old with no children.
I have plenty of animals (5 cats, 2 dogs, 1 ferret) to keep me entertained.
I like to travel often.
I like to keep busy and go go go.

I use to be 400lbs. I had weight loss surgery in 5/2003. I had lost 200lbs in 1.5 yrs. I had gained back a max 40lbs.

I use to be 400lbs. I had weight loss surgery in 5/2003. I had lost 200lbs in 1.5 yrs. I had gained back a max 40lbs.

Since Jan/2008 I was on a mission to get back down and maintain. (I had a cruise to go on in March).

I have begun to teach Hip Hop Hustle classes every tuesday and substitute Zumba at the local ymcas/gyms in Sept/2008. I have to keep up my health, in order to keep up with my students. So I'm back to trying to eat healthy and keep up a regular workout.

Update (12/03/2008):

I have upgraded to coach status. I am willing to be helpful in anyway possible. Send me an email. I'm always available.
