Hi, my name is Erin and I am a 33 year old mom of 2 amazing little boys ages 3 years and 6 months. I have been married for 5 years to my long time college crush. We were both in the exercise field until the fall of the automotive industry with the cutbacks of their exercise facilities. I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science. We were both in the exercise field until the fall of the automotive industry with the cutbacks of their exercise facilities. I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science. Since then I've worked in the corporate fitness field managing fitness centers as a Exercise Specialist and in the clinical setting as a Exercise Therapist in Cardiac Rehab. I have also been a Group Exercise Instructor and a Personal Trainer. My motto in life is to lead by example and this has only proven itself more true while raising my boys. I exercise and try to lead a healthy lifestyle not only for my family but for MYSELF. Exercise helps clear my mind and makes a great start or ending to a perfect day. I want to be a positive role model for my boys, niece, siblings, family and friends. Other than being a part-time working/stay at home mom, I am very enthusiastic about living an active lifestyle. Whether it is playing competitive volleyball, semi-competitive waterskiing, kayaking, running, working out, ice skating, snowmobiling or any other activity that gets me moving many factors play a part in my overall condition, dedication, nutrition, vitamins, and knowledge. Most of all, having fun.

I used to work out lifting heavy weights for a girl which transformed myself into more of a thick muscular stature. At that point I was probably in the best shape of my life endurance and strength More...
I used to work out lifting heavy weights for a girl which transformed myself into more of a thick muscular stature. At that point I was probably in the best shape of my life endurance and strength wise however, I was never happy with my appearance. After leaving the fitness field, I managed a restaurant and had 2 kids. Wow! Try loosing pregnancy weight and have all the food you want right at your fingertips! My healthy lifestyle and time for me went out the door. Although I am smaller now than I was back then I have lost a lot of muscle and feel that my body has taken on a different shape especially after baby #2. The convenience of going to a gym is not what it used to be. I began my workout program by running, walking, push ups, sit ups and lunges at home. I try to go to the gym 2-3 times a week for weight training and cardio however, I supplement and use a combination of TurboJam, P90X and Yoga Booty Ballet. I know my exercising accompanied by good nutrition will get me back into my swimsuit by summer and down 2 sizes.
