Hello I'm a 40 year old father who has had many ups and down I was very active at one time playing softball, football, baseball, and workingout. Got married and then divorced and 48 lbs. later here I am trying to motivated myself to get started. I was once a college and High school standout in sports and now that God is the leader of my life my bodies a temple .
