Until a few years ago I had lived a really athletic and active life. That coupled with a very good metabolism allowed me to set the cruise control and still remain fit. However I have only been extremely fit (six pack abs) once in my life courtesy of the rigorous training as an infantyman in the United States Marine Corps.
