My name is Janice and I'm a native New Yorker who loves to travel and workout. I have a full time job with a national insurance company that keeps me very busy, but I always seem to find time for my family and my workouts!
Some of you may know me through my work with Turbo for a Cause. Close to five years ago I started a "society" called Turbo in Toledo. We are a group of people in the Toledo, Ohio area that support each other in our journey with fitness and fun. Out of that support I created a fundraiser called Turbo for a Cause. We've done it four years in a row now and we have had much success in helping two local charities within Ohio. We look forward to many more T4C events and invite you to start your own! Please don't hesitate to ask how I started this event and how you can do your own!
I have one child and another one on the way in November.. but that doesn't stop me! I still do Turbokick three times a week and Chalean Xtreme two times a week!
I'm a certified Turbokick, Piyo and Hip Hop Hustle instructor and recently attended ASIT training with Angie Green. Which by the way is the best experience.. if you are interested in becoming an instructor please look into this.. its worth every penny!

During college I gained the typical 15 lbs, and then another 15 and I kept gaining until I was about 80 lbs overweight. As a former high school athlete I knew I had it in me to lose the 80lbs.... I More...
During college I gained the typical 15 lbs, and then another 15 and I kept gaining until I was about 80 lbs overweight. As a former high school athlete I knew I had it in me to lose the 80lbs.... I just needed to find the fire within me to get off the couch and lose the weight!I was able to lose most of the weight doing kickboxing at a local gym. The only problem was that I would get very bored with the workouts very quickly.. until one day a new instructor introduced me to Turbokick! I loved the program and when I found out a home version was in the works to be sold I was even more excited. Turbokick allowed me to lose the last 20 lbs in my goal... and it also allowed me to keep in shape during my pregnancy.. in fact I turbo'd up until four days before I delivered. I was back in action six weeks later. I look forward to keeping up with my workouts and trying new formats such as hip hop abs and power 90x to lose my last few lbs of baby weight!
My workouts are a way of life! Make it your way too!
