I have lost 21.5 pounds, 3.5 inches off my hips, and 8 inches off my waist. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 4. More than numbers, though, I feel so much better than I have for a long time. My clothes fit better and I have enough energy to get through my days, which are usually very long ones!
