This certainly was a good base of my "healthy livestyle" but as live went on I spent more time on building my career in the fashion business and later on in the horse industry, neglecting exercise more and more. Although I most of the time did lift weight or bike or runn - it was too little and not consistant, always finding all kind of excuses.

I always watched my diet and I never was overweight but although I am wowrking pretty hard on a ranch I realized that with every year it gets harder to stay in shape.
When I first saw a Beach Body commercial on TV and I instantly liked it. What I liked most is the variety of the programs - that's what I missed in the past. It was always the same again and again.
I started out with Turbo Jam which I really enjoyed. Later I did the Slim Series which helped to get my butt and legs shaped up and now I do the P90X which is intense but really helps me to fill in my arms and to strenghten my whole body. Now that I found a fun and diverse way to work out I am determined to stay focused on my goal and I will help and motivate you too.
