I was born in the UK and moved to Canada with my family 27 years ago. I am
48 years young and now live in Calgary, Alberta. I am married to Tracey who is
doing the P90X along with me.

My wife and I have been working out on our own and eating healthier for the

My wife and I have been working out on our own and eating healthier for the
past 3-4 years, although we have made some excellent gains it seems we
have plateaued and we are looking for a kick start to go to the next level. We
purchased the P90X program after seeing an info-mercial with Tony
advertising the program. We both are starting it today and by the end of the
90 days we are looking to be fitter and in better body shape. After 60 days I
started noticing that all of my clothes were getting to be a bit large for me so
I had to go and buy some new ones, now I have other motivation for
continuing with the program as there is no going back for me. I have lost
about 10 lbs since the start and I have noticed a lot more toning in my upper
body, I still need to work hard though as there is lots of room for
improvement in the abs area.
Now that the first 90 days are done, I feel and look great. I have not looked
this good since I came out of high school, a lot of my friends and family have
noticed a big difference in my toning and body shape.
I am continuing on this journey with a second round starting on October 1,
2007.
I started the second round on October 1, 2007 and I had decided to do the
lean section of the program. After the first 30 days I realized that I missed
the workouts of the classic version so I decided to switch back after
consulting with my coach. Since that switch I hurt my rotator cuff in the left
shoulder which hindered my progress through this round. I decided to just
maintain my level and rest my shoulder from the strain. In April my shoulder
was feeling much better and I was able to gradually build up through another
round of P90X to the level of where I was after the first round and now I have
passed that. I am entering my third round on August 4th which will be a
mixture of P90X and TMT.
