I am a school teacher, minister, and mentor in Charlotte, North Carolina. I got a scholarship to play football at the University of North Carolina. I started there for 3 years and played a mixture of NFL and AFL up until 2005. I then became a couch potato ballooning up to 325 lbs. I then began to start the P90X program and I have lost 25 lbs through phase 1 of the p90x program. I am at the end of the recovery phase and I am ready to start phase 2 on Monday.

I feel so much better now going into the games and pracitice. The guys on the team just call me PX90. I plan to try to get back into the NFL or the CFL and I will be a better athelete when I get there.
