I am a school teacher, minister, and mentor in Charlotte, North Carolina. I got a scholarship to play football at the University of North Carolina. I started there for 3 years and played a mixture of NFL and AFL up until 2005. I then became a couch potato ballooning up to 325 lbs. I have so far lost about 25 lbs and 4percent body fat. I still do the combination of P90x, cardio, Lifting weights, and football practice and games. I feel so much better now going into the games More...
I have so far lost about 25 lbs and 4percent body fat. I still do the combination of P90x, cardio, Lifting weights, and football practice and games. I feel so much better now going into the games and pracitice. The guys on the team just call me PX90. I plan to try to get back into the NFL or the CFL and I will be a better athelete when I get there.
