I've just completed my 6th week and WOW I'm feeling great and I'm getting GREAT RESULTS. My profile pic was taken this morning. I continue to stay focused on my goals.

I'm starting my 11th week and I've lost a total of 29lbs. I hope some of my fellow Firefighters join me soon!
