a year ago i was pretty out of shape and as a highschool kid that can be a problem, not being able to perform great in high school sports, being made fun of, and just all around bad, all this got to me and i decided to change it, now i got pretty fit last year, but i wasnt at the athletic level i needed to be to play 5A varsity basketball at my school, so i decided this summer, im gettin my two good friends (varsity football players lookin to get up) to do it with me, we are all going to be juniors this upcoming year and have the simple motivation to be the best, now we are workin our butts off in the 100 degree Houston weather and going to a summer conditioning program at 8 in the morning that is 1 hour running and 1 hour lifting then we get home, rest a little, and hit the X. pretty exhausting, basically a triple workout if u involve the occational neighborhood football or basketball games we get going, so that all said we are workin our tails off and our peers are out drinkin, smoking, or lol stayin home eatin McDonalds playing Call of Duty 5. look my progress up in my p90x progress tracking thread, id appreciate it if yall could go out there and give some insight, also my diet isnt really measured, we just eat healthy (grilled home made chicken, fish, whey protein) you know the good stuff so we can maintain our form, anyways insight would be much much appreciated, love the support guys,
