I've always had a weight problem all of my life. I remember being the fattest kid in class and always watching my weight even as a little girl. Today, I'm 41 and eventhough I'm not the largest person in the world, I feel like it sometimes. It's really impacted my life in a big way! To this day, I'm single and I have had my bouts with low self-esteem. I get surprised when I get compliments I've always had a weight problem all of my life. It's hard for me to soak it in sometimes. I still think I'm that fat little girl (they called "Cow") in the back of my mind.

I've been doing P90X. I guess you can say I have a Love/Hate relationship with it. :) I hate the thought of having to exercise. But, I have a room in my house dedicated to working out. So, once I get in there and start doing it, it's ok, and then when I'm done, I LOVE the fact that I did it!!!! I feel so proud of myself afterwards.
