I have never had a real weight problem. However, as I get older I have
noticed how much easier it is to put on the weight and get out of shape and
how much harder it is to get back what I lost. I would watch the scale climb
and the rolls and lumps get larger and then decide it was time to do
something about it. Each time I would have to work harder to get back to
where I wanted to be. Last fall I decided it was time to get things in check
again and began running and doing exercised I found in fitness magazines. I
was getting bored and finding it hard to stay motivated. I learned about
Beach Body from a friend a work and tried out a few of her DVD's. I ordered
Turbo Jam and started working out with that last November. I have seen
results in my weight, muscle tone and fitness level. I am now starting P90X
and after just a couple of weeks, I can tell it is going to get me in even better
shape. I have decided to make a commitment to myself and my health and
make it a priority. I can't wait to finish my first 90 days with P90X.

Wow, after phase one I can definitely see progress. I am very pleased to see
my body fat lower from 25% to 19%! My waist, hip and thigh measurments
have also decreased. P90X is a tough workout, but it is fun and challenging
and that makes it easy to push play every day! I hope to add more lean
muscle in the next 30 days!

Finished the whole 90 days of P90X and I am feeling and looking so much
better! I can't believe the changes I have made with the P90X program. I am
toned, lean and healthy. Today, June 1st, I am starting the Chalean Extreme
program. So many programs, so little time!
