Well, since I have turned 29, I started packing on the pounds and more than anything.... the belly. My goal is to lose 30 pounds for an end result of 190#. I am 6' 2.5" and am large framed. I would love to get a nice hard six pack and get rid of the flab.
UPDATE: I recently had to go to the doctor because I felt alot of pressure in my heart when trying to climb a 50 foot ladder. I had an abnormal EKG and was referred to a specialist. When the tech person did my EKO she left the room and found the doctor immediately. I had abnormal movement of the walls in my heart. This has scared me extremely bad. I'll never forget walking out of there that day feeling the helplessness I had. The thoughts of my wife and children.... The thoughts of my future..... or no future.
I will have to get a heart cath done 4-23-2008 to check for any possible blockages. I did pass my stress test. 38 and in this shape!!!!

I am going to change to the P90 program until I get into better shape and then hit the p90X program.
