WOW! Ever since I joined Beach Body I have loved it! The support from my coaches, the motivation I get from the website and message boards in WOWY have been an excellent motivator. It has been great! I have been working out with Shaun T's Rockin Body video and I have so much fun! I don't even feel like I am working out! When I am sore the next day I still push play and forget all about it! It is so much fun!
Since I started I have lost 5 pounds! I know this may not seem like much to some people but it is a huge difference to me. I have been over 200 pounds for 9 years and now I am 195! I have broken the 200's! I can't wait to go to the doctor and tell the nurse to not even bother with the 200 pound bar!
The P90X protien bars have been a life saver. With my job, I am a preschool photographer, I work early morning hours and do not have time to eat. So between children I snack on a bar and it satisfies my hunger! I look forward to my complete transformation and healthy lifestyle.

I am still oushing play! My work season has ended and I am devoted to hanging out with my boys this summer and becoming more physically fit! I have just started the Power 90 and we'll see how it goes, unfortunately I have bad knees. But I am loosing weight and I can definitely see a difference in the way my clothes fit! So far I have gone from a tight 16 to a comfortable 14! Beach Body has definitely changed the way I view exercise. I have so much fun! And looseing weight hasn't been the best part. I usually have a hard time falling asleep and sleeping well through the night but when I exercise, I fall asleep faster in the evenings and get a good nights rest! This makes me more energized and ready to face my day. Just another incentive to keep the progress going!

I know it has been awhile since I've updated my profile. Things have been so busy but I am still working out!
I have started the ChaLEAN Extreme and LOVE IT! I am getting some shape. WHoo Hoo! I will keep everyone posted...
