Hey all. I have always felt fit since childhood although normally very slim when I was younger. I was on the wrestling team in High School and still never got above 145 lbs. While in the Air Force, I stayed fit and healthy and shared this with my two boys. We would have push up contests which helped to keep me in shape. I am a work in progress. I started out in 2006 at 188 lbs and have been slowly getting myself prepared by moving to the beach in North Carolina, taking up the sport of surfing and getting my meal portions in check or so I thought. It took me 11 months to finally make the decision to commit to the P90X program. I had used other Beachbody products like the Slim in 6 series and the Hip Hop Abs before but had never really understood the commitment piece of the puzzle. I kept seeing the P90X and when I found out Tony was 50, I said that is the program I want. I wanted to make a difference before I turn 50 and now I am certain with the help I receive and the help I offer, I will Succeed and continue to make my life happier, healthier and enjoyable. Key note: It's not easy...but it is so rewarding. As a coach I see it all the time in the 30, 60 and 90 day pictures. They are real results. Beachbody programs are a daily part of my life now for good.
