I suppose I am in relatively good health - my BMI is within the healthy range and I am not visibly overweight. However I do not *feel* as good as I should. My energy is extremely low and for some time now I have been using unnatural means to boost it - things such as diet pills, and energy drinks. I've also tried all sorts of crazy starvationi type diets. To be honest I have loved the outward physical results I got from these, and really have been able to maintain my new dress size pretty well...But I think these tactics have been playing havoc with my body and I simply don't feel good. I decided to start this program a month before my birthday b/c I am tired of feeling tired. Aside from just wanting to drop a few pants sizes I want to feel amazing! I'm way too young to be feeling the way I do now. I am SO excited to begin the next phase of what will hopefully be an extraodinarily healthy new life!!!!
