I am a 26 yr old female who cherishes her family very much. I am a working
mother of a 2 and a half yr old named jeffrey with a wonderful husband who
supports me in everything I do. About 2 yrs ago I weighed about 250 lbs but I
keep struggling with getting to my ideal weight for my body structure. I now
weigh about 180 to 190 and I just keep fluctuating. But I have stopped
exercising. I think

about 2yrs ago I started exercising using a gazelle edge and working out a little with a complete gym. mostly my workout was with the gazelle edge I started with one or two miles and gradually worked my way up to about five miles a day and continued working out. but then all of a sudden I just stopped exercising. I realized I need somebody to push me and I don't have that.
