I have been working out for about 4 years and have done every workout imaginable. I need to get more flexible in order to take my football to the next level. I have been working out at a gym at home and at school 5, 6, even 7 days a week. Sometimes I would even be there 2 or 3 times a day doing various other exercises such as basketball, running, abs, More...
I have been working out at a gym at home and at school 5, 6, even 7 days a week. Sometimes I would even be there 2 or 3 times a day doing various other exercises such as basketball, running, abs, raquetball, floor hockey, and much more. Those things helped me stay in great cardiovascular shape. The rest of my body was peaking. I was able to lift a pretty good amount of weight for my body. (I got up to about 175 using creatine, protein, glutamine, and NO). I was not getting the change in my workouts. I started P90X on June 1, 2009. I have missed a day or 2 but have done every workout (did the workout the next day). So far, p90X is the best workout plan i have ever been on and will continue to monitor my progress and keep you updated. Hey, maybe i will get to be in one of those infomercials. :D
