I'm a 50yr old ,military retire. I was in great shape and very athletic most of my life and career. I retired and my active life style went on retirement also. Two days after my retirement and at the age of 46 my wife gave birth to our 1st child. I became a stay-at-home dad, and really started packing on the pounds. I made it up to 250lbs or as my wife would put it "half of 500". I never really noticed how much weight I put on until I noticed how tiny my 16yr younger wife was getting. She started the BeachBody programs after the birth of our first and really got addicted after we had our second child. I woke up one day, and there she was, she had changed her body and was better than ever. I realized I needed to step up my game so I started a rotation of P90 with her, we finished P90 with great changes, got down to 217, then it was time for X. We have done 6 weeks of P90X, can't wait to see what changes this 50yr old man can make.
