It hasn't been easy losing weight, in fact, it's been a work-in-progress for 4-5 years now. I've had my ups and downs, successes and failures, and been trying to improve both physically, nutritionally, emotionally, and mentally. I'd say my biggest challenge has been eating issues, binging, and emotional eating.
