Currently attending Golden West College in Orange County, CA. i've always been pretty chubby until my senior year in high school when i started lifting weights and putting on some muscle, but now with P90X i'm looking to lose weight and still gain muscle. i think that the Diet portion of the program is the real game changer for me because my idea of portions when it comes to eating
