Willits, CA I am 45 and my screen name is Yogi Suzi because I love yoga. From 1999 to 2006 I taught yoga and then I went on to create a raw chocolate superfood bar called WildBar. http://www.wildbar.info. Anyway, with a research and development kitchen in my home, full of raw cacao in all forms from butter, beans, powder, and nibs to all the organic sweets and nuts in my pantry, it has been easy to eat I am 45 and my screen name is Yogi Suzi because I love yoga. Anyway, with a research and development kitchen in my home, full of raw cacao in all forms from butter, beans, powder, and nibs to all the organic sweets and nuts in my pantry, it has been easy to eat lots of concentrated foods. However, I did not get fat. I have always kind of worked out, yet over the last few years I find myself feeling less motivated, other than inspired or energized, and, anything besides strong. My yoga, hikes, and weight routines have all been mushy and overcooked. I want the raw, clean, and lean approach to all areas of my life. I tend to have slow and low energy and am seeking ways to gain stamina and speed!
I would love to share views with club members and all beings on the topic of bringing the freshest and cleanest proteins, carbs, and fats to the program. I am mostly a raw vegan which means the only animal products I eat are bee pollen, honey, and Chinese Herbs and the only cooked foods I eat are superherb teas and steamed kale and collards or artichokes. Looking forward to rocking this program with raw foods, as in rawking it!

I am just starting out. It took two smoothies and two naps today to get me to try Polymetrics. I did better than I thought I could yet my energy level and drive are not strong enough to help me to really push and break a sweat. I sweat a little though which is rare for me.
I felt great two hours later at 5 p.m. so I did the Yoga X. Here is the deal, yoga is familiar to me; the other routines not so much. And so my goal is to stick with it, to do the classic P90X for 12 weeks and try my hardest even on low energy days. I have never in my life been able to do a push up, a pull up, nor have I been able to jump high. My goal is to rethink and reshape my ideas about what I can do and to change my wording and thoughts on my energy levels. I do believe there is a way to get stronger, faster, leaner, and more capable of tackling the sometimes vigorous and heavy chores that come with living in the mountains. I feel anything besides fit and strong even though I have worked at it for 30 years. I am giving P90X a try, getting new shoes, focusing on the program, and am intending to enjoy the process.
