My goal at the beginning of this program was tone up (especially my abs and arms). I am on my way towards reaching my goal. I am honestly surprised and very very satisfied with the results I have seen after just 5 weeks of INSANITY. I am loving every minute of it and look forward to my daily beachbody work outs :) I will update this soon once I get further along in the program!!
