In Jan 2006 I had hernia surgery & that set me way back in my workouts. I couldnt work out for about 3 months. I started walking/ jogging in june 2006 & have kept that up since. I am out everyday except for Mon & Wed.. I average 3-5 miles daily & 10 + on sat.Finally in 2/08 I had another surgery to correct the 1st one. So far so good & I cant wait to get everything back on track

When I first started I was doing the P90. That kicked my butt every time. I was seeing great results from this & shared it with anyone that would listen. I still believe in the P90 but havent been able to do that workout for quit some time.. I will again soon tho. I switched to hip hop abs & walking & have been getting great results.
