| zippy59 In Jan 2006 I had hernia surgery & that set me way back in my workouts. I couldnt work out for about 3 months. I started walking/ jogging in june 2006 & have kept that up since. I am out everyday except for Mon & Wed.. I average 3-5 miles daily & 10 + on sat.Finally in 2/08 I had another surgery to correct the 1st one.
