As I approached 30 I was sick of how I looked, felt, and it was steadily getting worse. I don't want to just live a long time but I want to feel good to. Being so easily out of breath and hating the way I looked was a real nuisance!
Getting into stellar physical condition has had a domino affect on my life. Being physically fit has made me a much more confident person which by itself is priceless and more than worth while. I am not nearly the shy and awkward person I use to be; so riddled with self doubt that I probably missed many opportunities to better myself. Being strong and healthy makes everything in day to day life easier to manage. I can do much more physical labor for work or for pleasure without feeling fatigued or exhausted. It is a wonderful life! I have committed myself to a new lifestyle of forming new habits that feed life long success. I don't want to fall into a trend of yo-yo fitness where I may have more bad days than good days. Having more good days than bad days, and the bad days easier to manage is a wonderful place to be at.
