Well, after learning nutrition, and the effects of Diet coke on your system, I have learned (the hard way) that food is our fuel, and our friend. Eat to live, not live to eat people. What an amazing journey. I have a wonderful partner, and he has loved me every step of the way. Like any man he just wants his wife happy. (Happy wife = Happy life) he says, and every day one work-out at a time, I am finding my happiness. It all begins inside you, and then it radiates outside of you. I love my Beach Body DVD's. I have the whole gammet, from P90 to Hip Hop Abs. Everyday pushing play to find the inner beauty. We are all beautiful, maybe not as beautiful as Tony, or Chalene, but we have our own beauty. You just got to find it. So keep pushing play!!!

Day one of CHALEAN EXTREME. It has been about nine months since I have consistently worked out. I finished P90X on June of last year. Disappointed with my weight loss. I went into a semi-slump. We moved to El Paso, TX in June as well. During the move, I was rear-ended by a Semi tractor trailer. I was treated and released the same day! Boy, was I lucky!! However, I did have damage to my neck and right shoulder. So I didn't use weights, but I continued to run three miles about two to three times weekly, until October. Then I became lazy, and haven't worked out consistently since. Now I am ready to commit to 180 days with CHALEAN or at least 90 days with her, and maybe P90X, after that!! Starting to push play AGAIN!! Let's do it!!!
