They refresh and rejuvinate my body, soul and mind...which makes me a much better mom and wife. Recently I have become a fitness instructor at a local gym where I use P90X and Insanity moves to help people get in shape. Lastly, but most importantly, I am a Christian. I am passionate about helping others get healthy and fit so they can live the best life possible! I am "one tough girl" who's about to show everyone that I know how to "BRING IT!" Five years ago, I had just given birth to my 2nd (and last) child. I was at 190 pounds and absolutely miserable. My marriage was suffering and my self- confidence was at an all time low. At 4 weeks postpardem, I put on the stretchiest clothes I could find and went and joined a gym. I also got a treadmill and beging walking 30 minutes on it every morning, as well as attending aerobics classes at my gym 2-3 times a week. About 6-9 months later, I was down to 145 pounds and feeling GREAT! Sadly, this is where my success ended. Sure, I was probably getting stronger and putting on more muscle, getting more toned, but my weight loss had come to a screeching halt--never to be started up again...or so I thought. Then I saw P90X on TV and I felt there was hope again! Currently I have finished 2 rounds of P90X and am about to begin my 3rd round. For the first time in my life, thanks to P90X and Beachbody, I feel I am equipped to achieve my fitness goals and have the body I've always wanted!
