I am 44 years old. I have two beautiful daughters and one terrific husband of 23 years. I teach fitness classes all day. I teach at two local universities and love my job very much. I now also have a small women's only fitness studio. I love everthing about fitness. I want to inspire individuals to be healthy so that they can live a longer life for their children.

Well, I can tell you that I am in a whole lot better shape now then I was in high school. Once I started teaching aerobics which was not my intentions at all when I started school. Once I started teaching I just fell in love with it. I started getting certified in everything. I already had somewhat knowledge of body building and activities. I just kept at it. I still have some inches to go and through Turbo Kick I know that I will reach my goal. I am anxious to start the Power 90 and Power 90x to really boost my motivation. I am at a plateau. I have decided to ride in a 50 mile race coming up and so I am training for that. I know I can do it.
