I have always been active and as we all know that motivation from others is welcome. I instruct pole dancing parties/classes and found that my students need more in upper body developement as well as general overall health.
Since beginning the P90X regimen in conjunction with my pole I find my stamina has grown incredibly in just a few weeks.
