I transformed twice in my life. I was 115 pounds when I was a senior in high school as a varsity wrestler. During college I lifted weights for the first time, and I was 145 pounds and 10% body fat at More...
I transformed twice in my life. I was 115 pounds when I was a senior in high school as a varsity wrestler. During college I lifted weights for the first time, and I was 145 pounds and 10% body fat at 25 years old. By the time I hit 30, I stopped working out but continued to eat the way I ate to gain muscle, so I got fat. By 2004 I was 25% body fat and between 165 and 170 pounds at 5 foot 5. I went to my friend rodrigo to make me a nutrition plan. And I started shedding weight I am now 140 pounds. I am not as lean as I was when I was 25 years old. But I look like I am 25 years old again. In fact I appeared in coach carter and bring it on yet again and was cast as a high school student. Nobody every guesses my age when they first meet me. Better eating habits and exercise have made me look young again. And I got certified as a trainer to help other people do the same thing. Now I want to be able to help people whether they meet me in the gym or if they want to workout at home. I believe beachbody is a great way to help people get in shape all around the country even when they dont workout with me in person. I can help them with their goals and advise them on how to workout and how to get results. Update April 8, 2009: I am now measuring in at 131 pounds and my waist is at 28.25 inches. I want to start adding muscle to my frame. My current size helps me to be fast, but I am considering adding more strength, and power, and plyometric exercises for sports. If I add muscle as a result of that then fine, if not then I will just stay at this size. I will post a new photo soon. I like the chalean program and p90x. I believe many women will like the yoga booty ballet.
