Losing weight is not my problem, though I'm at least 60 pounds over my "ideal" weight. However, it's not that I have problems losing - I've been there (done that) before. The issue is "keeping the excess weight off."

I am finally ready to do this weight loss thing for the final time and put my concentration and efforts on maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle. Being a part of the Million Dollar Body club will help me to this end.

The Million Dollar Body program is the perfect combination of exercise, supplements, diet, and emotional support necessary to regain my optimal health and energy levels while losing inches and pounds.... Just after a few weeks of consistency with this program, my energy level is amazing, and I feel fantastic; the way I was meant to feel.

I know to keep weight off I must be consistent and true to a life-style that promote good eating habits, physical fitness, and overall healthy living. I am willing to do what it takes to obtain and maintain this goal. I believe coaching others is the answer, because included in coaching is accountability. The accountability aspect is important because it involves partnerships. I am so ready to participate fully in the activities involved in getting myself in the position of being a coach and being both accountable to and accountable for. I am determine - for once and for all - to be the best I can be in every way possible.
