| sperry70 I have been lifting for quite a few years now but the motivation has been sporadic. I've already lost 25 lbs., but my goal is to finally go the distance and lose the rest of the weight I need to lose. Lifting has always been a motivation for me, but dieting is important and I need to focus on that in order to lose all of the weight I need to lose. We'll see what happens, but I'm going to go | ?
