I am a 34 year old mother of three. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I am currently a certified TKB (Turbokick) instructor. I am also a stay at home mom. What else can I say, I love Beachbody! My personal favorites are 10 Minute Trainer, Turbo Jam, ChaLean Extreme and P90X. I have just completed P90X. It is tough but it is a workout like no other!! The diet is great and you feel like you are eating, not deprived at all! UPDATE: I lost 5 lbs as of day 7 of P90X!!! UPDATE: 8/6 I have lost almost 3 inches off my waist! Yeah!! UPDATE: 9/4 P90X works! I feel awesome! The proof is in the pictures!! UPDATE: 9/28 Working hard and seeing results like never before!!! UPDATE: 10/26 Only 1 week left to go!! I have lost a total of 8 pounds of pure body fat!! I feel stronger and leaner than I ever have!! UPDATE: 11/4 Completed P90X. I am ging to take 2 weeks of and start P90X plus. In the mean time I will walk, jog, indoor cycle and some 10 Minute Trainer. Just no heavy weights. 1/4/09- Just started day 1 of ChaLean Extreme and I am so excited! I love Chalene (no offense Tony. I have always been on the exercise roller coaster. I start doing a fitness routine and just when I started to see some results I would quit. Then the roller coaster just went up and down from. It wasn't until about 2 1/2 years ago that I really made a commitment to stay fit. I was pregnant with my third child and worked out up until I was 8 1/2 months pregnant. I did cycling, weight lifting and kick boxing. After the baby was born I had to work out at home because you could not bring babies to the childcare until they are 6 months old. That is when I started Turbo Jam. I love it! It was so fun that you forget you are working out. I started going to the gym again when I could. After 1 1/2 years I am ready for a change. I have been spending 2 hours a day 5-6 days a week in the gym without the results I want. That is why I am so psyched about starting P90X. I have several friends who have completed the first round and are on to their second. But I tell you they are unrecognizeable!! You would have to see it to believe it.
