My name is Tracy Scheff and I'm going to be 46 in May of 2008. I have four unbelievable kids ranging from the ages of 6 to 22 and they drive me nuts! hahaha, but are the joy of my life and my reason for living.
I still feel like I'm 21,(on the inside), but the outside is begining to show signs of wear and tear.
My stomach, hips and buttocks are my problem spots.

I was born a skinny girl and I could eat whatever I wanted. I was never in any exercise program but I danced and rode horses for most my life.
At around the age of 35 I started to pack on some pounds and after my last baby at 40, (ohhh yay), it was really hard to get off the 45 pounds I packed on so for the last 5 years i have struggled. yoyoyoyoyoyo! I would love to grow old gracefully but mostly healthy, watch my kids and one day grandkids grow and not put the burden of an unhealthy parent on their shoulders so I need to change.

My husband Jason Scheff has been an eternal inspiration for me in the last 8 months of his P90X program.
Watching him shrink in size and grow in strength and confidence has truly been amazing.
I have been his personal scheff, I mean chef, measuring and weighing the food that I have prepared for him.
I love to cook so this has been a great pleasure for me using Jason as my experimental lab animal to hone my skills.

I learned many years ago in a cooking seminar, taught by the now famous Martha Stewart, how to flavor food so when I cook even though I stick completely to the P90X menu plan I use my flavoring expertise with tons of fresh herbs that I grow in my garden and spices that I collect from any exotic market I can find. So the food is really tasty and healthy, but... I don't like my own cooking. I would rather eat out or get it To Go. I really need to focus on my portion size because although I'm a vegetarian I can eat a huge amount a food and still be hungry. I'm not a picker or binger and I don't eat late, I just need to kick up my metabolism and stick to portion size so I'm giving Power 90 and 10 Minute Trainer a try. I'm taking baby steps one day at a time and if I fall off the wagon so to speak tomorrow is a new day and I plan on getting back on that horse. yeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaa! Tracy
