I had my weight and physical well being under control, but went through a period of time after some life changes. I gained weight (only 12 pounds from my highest weight ever). It's really depressing More...
I had my weight and physical well being under control, but went through a period of time after some life changes. I gained weight (only 12 pounds from my highest weight ever). It's really depressing to a woman when you can weigh more NOT pregnant than you did when you WERE pregnant. Many of us have this experience! Well, with the help of Million Dollar Body and my sponsor coach, I have my groove back! I've lost 40 pounds and am a fitness coach myself. I work with senior citizens and help them regain that young, energetic confidence. This is a very rewarding experience when you reach out and help those that want to make changes. I haven't always had it myself, so that allows people to understand that if I can do it, "they" can do it. I owe a lot to Million Dollar Body and my coach!
