On Saturday September 20th, I completed a 1/2 Marathon! While on the course, there was an 82 year old man who had a sign on his back that stated "Marathon 299". He was doing the full marathon. When he was coming across the finish line, a friend of mine yelled to him "Good Luck at number 300 in 2 weeks!" to which he replied "WE MAKE OUR OWN LUCK!!" A profound statement that I just realized about 7

Weight has been a struggle most of my life. I have lost 15 pounds and am working on getting a group together at my yoga studio who would like to do CHALEAN Extreme with me! That should knock off the last few pounds!! I am hoping to post my AFTER picture soon! We are also training for a triathlon in June, so I will be swimming now too!! After running a marathon in 2003, I got the bug to continue on the path to wellness. Now, yoga, running and Beachbody DVD's are part of my daily life! I work full-time at making my body better and helping you to make yours better! I would love to be your coach and give you MAJOR MOTIVATION!!!
