On Saturday September 20th, I completed a 1/2 Marathon! While on the course, there was an 82 year old man who had a sign on his back that stated "Marathon 299". He was doing the full marathon. When he was coming across the finish line, a friend of mine yelled to him "Good Luck at number 300 in 2 weeks!" to which he replied "WE MAKE OUR OWN LUCK!!" A profound statement that I just realized about 7 years ago when I found fitness, healthy eating, yoga and BEACHBODY!! We all hold our own destiny in our hands, and need to start on our new self TODAY!! I am currently a yoga teacher and holistic wellness coach. I own my own studio, and love to help people achieve their fitness and wellness goals. In 2001, I lost 50 lbs and quit smoking. I have used Power 90, Slim in Six, Slim Series, Yoga Booty Ballet and P90X, and LOVE THEM ALL!! I currently have been using 10-Minute trainer. In 2003, I completed the Whistlestop Marathon in Ashland, WI and love to compete any opportunity I get. I really enjoy teaching others how great it is to feel great, and am thrilled to be part of Team Beachbody!! You can't imagine how good being healthy feels until you DO IT!! Won't you join me??

Weight has been a struggle most of my life. I have lost 15 pounds and am working on getting a group together at my yoga studio who would like to do CHALEAN Extreme with me! That should knock off the last few pounds!! I am hoping to post my AFTER picture soon! We are also training for a triathlon in June, so I will be swimming now too!! After running a marathon in 2003, I got the bug to continue on the path to wellness. Now, yoga, running and Beachbody DVD's are part of my daily life! I work full-time at making my body better and helping you to make yours better! I would love to be your coach and give you MAJOR MOTIVATION!!!
